These Terms govern your use of cgaravito.dev and the subscription services purchased through Stripe Checkout. By subscribing you accept these Terms.

Provider information (LSSI Art. 10)

Provider: Carlos Garavito Quispe, NIF 46184597E, with professional address in Benaguasil, Valencia, Spain. Contact email: carlos@cgaravito.dev. The provider operates as an independent professional under Spanish law.

Purpose

The website offers AI-engineering services and productised software subscriptions (currently the Shopify Agent subscription tiers Basic, Pro and Premium). The exact scope and limits of each tier are described on the service pages.

Subscription, pricing and payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe Checkout in euros. Listed prices are VAT-inclusive. The contract begins when the Stripe Checkout session completes successfully and renews automatically on the same calendar day each month until you cancel. Stripe processes all payments and issues PDF invoices accessible from the billing portal.

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal (/billing/portal) or by emailing carlos@cgaravito.dev. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; service remains available until that date and no further charges are made.

Refunds and consumer rights

Because the services consist of digital content supplied immediately, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply once delivery has begun and you have expressly consented to it (Spanish Consumer Law, Art. 103.m). Refunds outside that rule are at the provider's discretion and are processed via Stripe to the original payment method.

Limitation of liability

Services are provided on a reasonable-effort basis. The provider is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or losses caused by force majeure, network outages, third-party platforms or your misuse of the service. Liability for direct damages is capped at the total amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Spanish law.

Intellectual property

All content, code and brand elements published on cgaravito.dev are owned by Carlos Garavito Quispe unless explicitly stated otherwise. The subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own business. Reverse engineering, redistribution or resale of the underlying software is not permitted without prior written consent.

Modifications

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in the service or applicable law. Material changes will be announced by email to active subscribers at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the consumer protections established by Spanish law; consumers may bring claims before the courts of their place of residence or the courts of Valencia, Spain. Online dispute resolution is also available through the EU ODR platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
